By bus
Arriving from Lahti, Lahden Seudun Liikenne -named bus company has regular, daily traffic to the Finnish Sports Institute area. Prepare to pay in cash, Debit and credit cards are not accepted in the bus.
The same bus company operates also when arriving from Heinola.

By train
Passengers travelling by train need to switch to a bus to Vierumäki at the Lahti Matkakeskus, located at the railway station.
