Yoga Pilates weekend

On a yoga pilates weekend, you will learn the traditional yoga power poses, which complement the soft body control exercises of pilates. Both yoga and pilates moves develop co-ordination and body control. The programme is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, and prior experience in yoga and pilates

We recommend that you bring your own yoga mat for the weekend, but this is not compulsory. Titta Skofelt is the instructor for this weekend.
