RENEWED FINNHOCKEY SCHOOL - FINNHOCKEY CAMPS

Learning in an enjoyable environment is more effective. Our Finnhockey School is a tradition for young players. Now you will know it as Finnhockey Camp.

Finnhockey High Performance Camp (14-17v) 

With the new Finnhockey High Performance Camp we take full advantage of our best facilities and coaching expertise to increase your potential. Athletic, mental, and On-Ice.  

We test the most relevant physical performance indicators, and in 8 specific sessions we teach you how to maximize those. Plus, we send you with a personal 8-week training plan to improve your athleticism and power output into the summer! With multiple life-skill sessions on nutrition, recovery strategies, and training principles we help you to take daily life choices that support your development and carry yourself as an athlete. During the camp we spend time to recover at Rantasauna including evening swims.  

In over 10h of ice we aim for position specific skills which go straight to your game, and help you win your 1vs1`s. Goalies benefit from a goalie coach, and daily individual sessions, and coaching. 

Additionally, you will get ice jersey and T-shirt for off-ice activities.        

All our‚ High Performance Camp ‘-content is evidence based. Bring full commitment & sportsmanship to Vierumäki and contribute to a safe & fun atmosphere.
