A chef prepares and adds finishing touches to the Dinner Menus at the villa. Dinner menus feature a waiter who takes care of the serving and smooth running of the service.
We give drink recommendations, if desired. The set dinner menu can from compiled from the dishes below according to the customers wishes, as long as it contains a minimum of three courses.
The staff arrive at the villa or apartment approximately an hour before the dinner starts and leave after the dinner has been served.
The basic part of the total sum of the dinner menus is formed by the order-specific service fee and by the selected menu which is priced according to the served courses.
The prices of the courses of a catering dinner include tableware (dish-specific plate/bowl and cutlery). Additional tableware as well as drinking and wine glasses are priced according to a separate price list.
We do not charge any delivery or transport charges for catering dinner menus.
The invoicing is based on the confirmed number of diners; however, the minimum number of people invoiced is 6 persons or 6 menus.
You can choose one menu for one event. The portions contain allergens. Special diets are taken into account in accordance with prior notice at no extra charge. Allergens cannot be taken into account during the dinner. For any adjustments / changes to the menus, we charge an additional fee of €5 per person according to the confirmed total number of diners.
To ensure an efficient service, we hope that no orders are placed later than 10 days before the event. Later orders are delivered if possible. Catering orders are delivered between 7:30 and 21:00.
A waiter fee is charged for any work carried out outside the dinner service, such as dish-washing and cleaning the dining area, based on the time spent. The waiter fee is €79 per hour, subject to a minimum charge of 1 hour. The fee is charged for each hour started.
In our partners’ villas, we take care of dish-washing and intermediate cleaning jointly with the villa hosts, subject to the customer’s consent. Such arrangements are agreed separately for each customer or venue to ensure effective service.
