Padel rules

The serving player serves the ball from their end behind the service box. The ball is bounced on the ground and hit from the bounce so that it may not exceed the waist level at the moment of hitting. The served ball must pass the net diagonally and land within the receiver’s service box. The receiving player may not hit the ball before it bounces from the ground.

After the receiver has returned the serve, both players may hit the ball on both ends. The ball remains in play until it bounces from the floor twice on the same end or hits a prohibited area in the wall.
