Fyysiset testit ja asiantuntemus harjoittelusta vahvuuksiamme

Taitoluistelun asiantuntija Riina Valto on tehnyt fyysistä testausta taitoluistelijoille jo 20 vuoden ajan ja toiminut aiheessa kansainvälisen liiton (ISU) kouluttajana sekä STLL maajoukkueiden fyysisten testien vastuuhenkilönä. 

Olemme Vierumäellä koonneet taitoluistelijoille erilaisia testipaketteja STLL:lle suunniteltujen protokollien pohjalta. Taitoluistelijoiden fyysisen kunnon kehittymistä kansainväliselle tasolle asti olemme tutkineet vuosikymmenien ajan ja viitearvojemme pohjalta pystymme määrittämään luistelijoiden vahvuudet ja kehityskohteet. 

Valmentajien ja seurojen on mahdollista saada asiantuntija-apua testitulosten tulkintaan ja harjoittelun suunnitteluun.
