Learning in an enjoyable environment is more effective. Our Finnhockey School is a tradition for young players. Now you will know it as Finnhockey Camp.

Finnhockey Development Camp Winter (10-14 years)

Basic sports skills are an important foundation for developing your sporting skills and athletic life. At our Finnhockey Development winter camp we will lay the foundation for this.

The aim is that daily practice of motor skills and learning basic powerlifting techniques will give you excellent opportunities to develop your sportiness. In addition, a total of 8 hours of ice training will help you improve your sport skills.

During the camp, you can socialise and make new friends, for example by relaxing in the beach sauna while swimming in the open water.

Theoretical lectures and workshops on physical training principles and recovery strategies will provide you with valuable information on how to support your athletic self and your well-being.

Training on the ice is largely focused on increasing speed. We will challenge you to develop in fast-paced game conditions, using mainly games as a training tool. Goalkeepers have access to a personal goalkeeping coach, daily individual training and coaching.

In addition, you will receive a training shirt and a t-shirt for extra training and other physical activities.

The content of the Finnhockey Development winter camp is based on research. What do we expect from you? Bring your sports spirit to Vierumäki and participate in creating a safe and fun atmosphere.

The course is part of the free educational activities funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
