Vierumäki’s catering service delivers your flavour-packed wellness breakfast and coffee to the villa, and takes care of lunch, afternoon coffee and dinner at separately agreed times. You can easily arrange a banquet at the villa by ordering a chef to prepare your meal and by having a waiter take care of the practicalities of the evening.

The catering list is complemented by delicious and seasonal barbecue, crayfish, harvest, game, Christmas, blini, Easter and asparagus menus.

The head waiter will help you with all restaurant-related enquiries at

The menus are invoiced based on the confirmed number of diners, subject to a minimum of 6 persons or 6 servings of a single menu. You can choose one menu for one event. Special dietary requirements are accommodated without additional charge, based on prior notification. For any adjustments / changes to the menus, we charge an additional fee of €5/person in the confirmed total number of diners. To ensure an efficient service, we hope that no orders are placed later than 10 days before the event. Later orders are delivered if possible. We deliver catering orders between 7:30 and 21:00. Orders delivered outside these hours are subject to an additional fee of €110/delivery. Catering service fee €63/delivery (€126 on Sundays and public holidays) The time window for catering deliveries is the time requested by the customer +/- 20 minutes. Includes the delivery of ordered servings to the desired address, a quick clean-up of the dining area and laying the buffet table with the menus and on-site cutlery. The serving dishes are picked up either upon the delivery of the next servings or at a time agreed separately on site. A waiter fee is charged for serving, table-laying, dish-washing and cleaning the dining area based on the time spent. The waiter fee is €79/hour, subject to a minimum charge of 1 hour. The fee is charged for each hour started.

In our partners’ villas, we take care of dish-washing and intermediate cleaning jointly with the villa hosts, subject to the customer’s consent. Such arrangements are agreed separately for each customer or venue to ensure effective service.

A chef prepares and adds finishing touches to the Dinner Menus at the villa. Dinner menus feature a waiter who takes care of the serving and smooth running of the service.

We give drink recommendations, if desired. The set dinner menu can from compiled from the dishes below according to the customers wishes, as long as it contains a minimum of three courses.

The staff arrive at the villa or apartment approximately an hour before the dinner starts and leave after the dinner has been served.

The basic part of the total sum of the dinner menus is formed by the order-specific service fee and by the selected menu which is priced according to the served courses.

The prices of the courses of a catering dinner include tableware (dish-specific plate/bowl and cutlery). Additional tableware as well as drinking and wine glasses are priced according to a separate price list.

We do not charge any delivery or transport charges for catering dinner menus.

The invoicing is based on the confirmed number of diners; however, the minimum number of people invoiced is 6 persons or 6 menus.

Catering buffet -menus October 1, - December 15, 2024

Invoicing is based on the confirmed number of diners, subject to a minimum charge for ten persons or ten servings per package.

For each event, one menu package can be selected. Special dietary requirements are accommodated without additional charge, based on prior notification. Changes or substitutions in menu items will incur an additional charge of €5 per person, calculated based on the confirmed total number of guests.

For the smooth operation of our service, we kindly request that orders be placed at least 10 days before the event. We will endeavor to accommodate last-minute orders as possible. Catering deliveries are available between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM. Deliveries outside these hours will incur an additional charge of €110 per delivery.

Catering service charge: €63 per delivery (€126 on Sundays and public holidays). The delivery window for catering orders is approximately ±20 minutes from the requested time.

This includes delivery of the ordered meal to the venue, setting up of the buffet, light cleaning of the dining area, and arrangement of dishes on the buffet table. Serving dishes will be collected either during subsequent deliveries or at a separately agreed time on-site.

Charges for serving labor, table setting, dishwashing of used utensils, and cleaning of the dining area will be billed according to the time spent. Service labor charge: €79 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Invoicing is based on hours commenced.

At our partner villas, with the customer's consent and in collaboration with the villa hostesses, we take care of dishwashing and interim cleaning on behalf of the customer. These services are arranged on a client- and venue-specific basis to ensure smooth operations. Additional charges for extra dishes, drink and wine glasses, tablecloths, and cloth napkins will be agreed upon separately.

Catering Smoke Saunas menus October 1, - December 15, 2024

Billing according to the confirmed number of people, but at least according to the minimum number of people (6 people or 6 portions of one whole). You can choose one set of menus for one occasion, special diets are taken into account in accordance with advance notification at no extra charge. For changes/exchanges of dishes in the menus, we charge + 5 €/person additional fee, calculated according to the confirmed total number of persons.

In terms of the smoothness of the service, we hope that the order is placed no later than 10 days before the event. The menus include dishes for enjoying the food served and a cloth napkin. The chef and/or waiter is there during the meal to take care of the customers' occasion and serving.

In the restaurants of our smoke saunas, drinks are served as agreed in advance. Please note that there is only a limited selection and you can make requests regarding the drinks if you wish. Drinks are charged based on actual consumption based on opened bottles and added to the group's total bill at the end of the event. It is not possible to pay for the meals on site at the smoke sauna, but the group can pay for the whole occsion at our reception after the event.

Smoke saunas and restaurants are a drinking area, so consuming your own drinks is not allowed.

Sunday and holiday charge separately for catering €158/hour and for cooking €184/hour. Minimum charge for both is 1 hour. Service charge on Sundays and public holidays €126/per hour.
