The test should be performed in good health. The seven days preceding the test should be feverless and otherwise asymptomatic. Taking the test when ill is a health risk and reduces the reliability of results.
It is recommendable to avoid strenuous exercise for two days before the test to enable reliable test results. Avoid drinking alcohol on the day before the test.
On the test day, meals should be timed so that at least four hours pass from a meal with fat content before the test. Drinks with caffeine or alcohol content should be avoided on the test day. Otherwise, sufficient hydration should be ensured to avoid dehydration at the start of the test.
Please arrive in good time. The Testing Station facilities are located in the Sports Hall. You can ensure that the test will start at the agreed time by warming up beforehand.
