Development tracking through testing is an integral part of elite sports. We will gladly engage in long-term cooperation to support the development of every athlete.

The Finnish Sports Institute and the Finnish Cheerleading Federation have developed a progress tracking system suited specifically to cheerleading. Below you can see our recommendations for testing cheerleaders. We offer two packages to choose from: a lighter package and a more extensive one. The test packages are well-suited for club camps in Vierumäki, and they can also be included in a
Liberal Adult Education camp!

  • Mobility: hamstrings, hip flexors, upper body rotation and shoulder mobility
