The information obtained in the measurement can be used for the preparation of a fitness programme or a diet. The results are specified in a detailed report that is reviewed with our trained expert before handing it to you. The InBody measurement gives you additional motivation for having a healthy lifestyle!
Body composition analysis involves measuring:
Muscle mass
Body fat mass and percentage
Visceral fat mass (an important health indicator)
Fluid index, intra- and extracellular fluids
Segmental muscle and fat distribution
Muscle balance
Weight control goal
Basal metabolism

Functional capacity assessment
Functional capacity assessment is the first step in monitoring your own well-being and is perfect for example during meeting days or as a remote day break. The measurements can be taken in normal everyday clothes without breaking a sweat.
The package includes areas essential for health: balance measurement using the Delos method, maximum hand grip strength measurement and body composition measurement using the InBody device. With the help of these measurements, you can get excellent information about your own ability to function and risk factors, for example in terms of movement difficulties in the future. This way we can turn the direction for the better in the future and focus on the right things.

Who?
If you are just starting out a running hobby and/or would like to know your maximum endurance performance, the light-guided Conconi test is right for you. It is also an excellent test for measuring the endurance of young athletes. You will receive feedback with an estimate of your maximum oxygen uptake and calculated heart rate limits for training based on your maximum heart rate. In addition, you will be provided with instructions on endurance training. The light-guided Conconi test is well-suited for larger groups too.
What?
In the light-guided Conconi test, testees run at a light-guided pace on a 200-meter indoor running track. The pace is increased by 0.1 m/s every 200 meters until the runner tires out. Heart rate is recorded with a heart rate monitor during the test.
Price
1–4 participants: €72 / person
5–16 participants: €66 / person
17+ participants: €63 / personAn additional fee of €15 per person applies to tests carried out after 17:00 and on Saturdays.

Maximum bicycle ergometer test
If you are starting out a cycling hobby and/or would like to know your maximum endurance performance, the maximum bicycle test is a great choice. The test determines your theoretical maximum oxygen uptake based on maximum power and heart rate limits for training based on your maximum heart rate. The test load increases every 2 minutes up to a maximum of 20–35 W.
Price:
1–4 participants: €72 / person
5–16 participants: €66 / person
17+ participants: €63 / personAn additional fee of €15 per person applies to tests carried out after 17:00 and on Saturdays.

Cycling threshold test
In the threshold test, the testee pedals 7–12 loads on a bicycle ergometer so that the power is increased in 3-minute intervals until the testee tires out. The test enables you to track the development of your endurance properties. The service also includes caliper-based body fat measurement and test feedback with heart rate limits and power thresholds. In addition, your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) is estimated based on your maximum performance.
Price:
1–2 participants: €109 / person
3–6 participants: €100 / person
7+ participants: €96 / personAn additional fee of €15 per person applies to tests carried out on weekdays after 17:00 and on Saturdays.
Level test
In the level test, the testee performs 5–7 1,000-meter runs on a 200-meter indoor running track at an accelerating pace so that maximum load is achieved on the final round. The level test is an excellent tool for tracking the development of endurance properties. You will receive feedback that specifies heart rate limits and threshold paces based on lactate concentrations to support endurance training. In addition, the test provides you with an estimate of your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) based on your maximum speed.
Price:
1–2 participants: €109 / person
3–6 participants: €100 / person
7+ participants: €96 / personAn additional fee of €15 per person applies to tests carried out on weekdays after 17:00 and on Saturdays.
Combination test
If you are a triathlete, for example, and need threshold areas for both running and cycling, our combination package is the right choice. It enables you to optimise training in both sports through correct threshold areas. The combination test includes a level test and a threshold test which are carried out on separate days within a month of each other.
Price:
1–2 participants: €199 / person
3–6 participants: €183 / person
