The Livtec Recovery analysis provides you with measured information on the everyday factors affecting your stress and recovery. It helps you determine whether there are too many stressful things in your daily life, enabling you to improve your recovery.
Livtec Recovery well-being analysis is a method based on heart rate variation. The measurement ensures unique accuracy and avoids misinterpretation by using a highly accurate, medically approved Bittium Faros ECG measuring device manufactured in Finland.
