Cheerleading PRO International-camp

Second PRO International Camp will be organised between 18th and 20th of October 2024 at Vierumäki. Finnish Sports Institute, often called simply Vierumäki, is located little more than an hour away from Helsinki-Vantaa airport. PRO International Camp is designed for level 5-6 senior teams and their coaches who are looking for international expertise and collaboration, top-level environment, and inspiration for their season. Objective of the PRO International camp is to gather elite athletes, coaches, and support groups together to share knowledge and best practices with one another.

The camp is based on a holistic approach to sports. In addition to various aspects of cheerleading skills, the camp includes physical training, practice of essential psychological skills in cheerleading, and recovery methods. At the camp, both athletes and coaches learn. Coaches have their own interactive workshops where they can exchange ideas on team building, skill acquisition, peer learning, and coaching leadership.

The price of the camp includes coaching, athlete testing and feedback, at least 2 meals per day (Friday dinner and evening snack, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snack, Sunday breakfast and lunch), accommodation in the chosen lodging, and bus transportation from the airport to Vierumäki and back. The price of the camp depends on the chosen type of accommodation.

The price for a double room for 2-4 people in dormitory accommodation is €270/person, and the price for a double room for 2-4 people in a sports hotel is €300/person.
