Cheerleading PRO International Camp 2025 – “Healthy and High-Performance Athlete”
The third PRO International Camp will be organised from the 16th to the 19th of October 2025 at the Finnish Sports Institute – Vierumäki.
Healthy and High-Performance Athlete is the core theme of the Cheerleading PRO International Camp, bringing together Europe’s top Level 6 athletes and coaches. The camp combines top level training, physical performance testing, and supportive workshops for both body and mind.
At the Camp, Teams’ athletes and coaches train side by side, while also diving into parallel workshops with complementary themes. The goal is to strengthen self-awareness, resilience, and readiness for international performance.
At this year we are honored to have two gorgeous cheerleading experts Ina Tiittula and Nathalie Brøndrup at the Camp’s coaches.
Together, we are building the next level of European cheerleading excellence!
For whom?
The PRO International Camp is for Europe’s top Level 6 Cheerleading athletes and coaches who are looking for international expertise and collaboration, a top-level environment, and inspiration for their season and for the teams committed to building healthy, high-performing athletes.
What?
At the heart of the Camp is based on a holistic approach to sports.
The Camp offers a unique blend of top-level cheer training, physical performance assessments, and holistic workshops that support athletes’ mental and physical wellbeing.
Athletes and coaches work side by side, engaging in parallel sessions designed to complement each other. The experience is built to develop self-awareness, build resilience, and prepare participants for the demands of international competition.
On the Registration form, coaches can express their interest in various themes that they believe would add value to their own team.
Why?
The program is carefully designed to support every facet of top-level athletic performance. We believe in the holistic nature of sport, where true excellence comes from more than just technical skills.
At the core of the PRO International Camp is the idea of shared knowledge and learning from one another. Athletes and coaches from across Europe come together to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and grow together — as individuals and as a team.
