Test yourself at the renovated Testing Station!
Fitness testing experts have used the Vierumäki Testing Station for high-quality testing activities for decades. The accumulated test data provide an extensive basis for comparison, enabling us to compare the customer’s results with the reference values of their age group.
We retain old test data, so if you have visited us before, you will be able to track your progress compared to the previous test.
Our new facilities are located on the second floor of the Sports Hall. We also conduct running tests on an indoor running track with a newly-installed surface.
Athlete, do you know whether you’re training the right way?
Our sports test packages help track an athlete’s progress in the physical properties required by their sport. Regular development tracking is crucial in the planning of training programmes and enables necessary corrective actions, for example. On the other hand, achieving progress in physical properties feeds the athlete’s self-confidence.
Our testing packages are tailored to the meet the unique requirements of each sport, and we offer tried and tested packages for various sports. We develop the test packages jointly with experts from sports federations, clubs and the Sports Institute.
We carry out testing for a wide range of sports and gladly engage in long-term cooperation!
Balance testing with the New Delos Device
Balance is one of the most crucial attributes for human performance. Through balance stability, we can ensure the safety of movements and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. With Vierumäki's unique Delos assessment, you'll gain comprehensive insights into your proprioceptive control as well as tips for training your balance.
The test can utilize either a static or dynamic balance platform, making it suitable for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and the elderly people. Come and give it a try!
